. Dear Fellow CMAs and Friends of the Profession,It is a privilege and a deep sense of responsibility that I assume charge as Chairman of the ICMAI Kozhikode-Malappuram Chapter for the year 2026–27. The Cost and Management Accounting profession stands at a defining moment — one where strategic financial leadership, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making are no longer optional but essential for businesses and institutions alike. Our Chapter has a proud legacy of nurturing professionals who serve with integrity and expertise, and I am committed to building on that foundation.
During my tenure, my focus will be on:
Strengthening Industry Connect — bridging our members with businesses, MSMEs, and institutions across the Malabar regionEmpowering Students and Young CMAs — through mentoring, career guidance, and practical exposureEnhancing Chapter Visibility — positioning our Chapter as a credible voice in matters of financial management and policyCollaboration — with trade bodies, professional associations, and government institutions for the larger good of the economy
